This was the first of the KFA releases to come with a KFA sleeve (white and red). So the first 100 units (executive editions) had four more KFA sleeves for KFA 001-004 to have everything neat and tidy.
The cat # appears in large type on the center labels as KFA05, in small type on the center labels as KFA005, and etched in the runout grooves as KFA 5. The Idealz side is given as B on the center label, but is etched as AA in the runout grooves. The A-side spins at 45 RPM, while the B-side spins at 33 ⅓ RPM.
